About our consultant:

Michael Rosenberry served as an active patrol and narcotics detection K9 Handler with Chambersburg Police Department from 1996 until his retirment in 2006. He is a nationally accredited Master Trainer of police service dogs through the North American Police Work Dog Association (NAPWDA).  Rosenberry is a staff instructor at Castle's K9 Academy in Mechanicsburg, PA.
